2. Products, Specifications, and Pricing

Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, specifications, features, and imagery of our gadgets accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will represent the colors or details with complete fidelity.
Pricing Changes: All prices listed are subject to change without prior notice.
Modifications & Discontinuation: We reserve the right at any time to modify, update, or discontinue any product or service without liability to you or any third party.

3. Orders, Billing, and Payment Accuracy

Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic or order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason after receipt.
Order Quantities & Limitations: We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed under the same customer account, credit card, or shipping address.
Accurate Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, and account information for all transactions. You agree to promptly update your email address, payment details, and shipping address so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Order Processing: Processing and dispatch times are estimates and may vary based on product availability, seasonal volume, or courier delays.
Risk of Loss: All items purchased from our store are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the parcel to the carrier.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs tariffs, local consumption taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination jurisdiction.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Manufacturing Defects

All returns, defect claims, replacements, and refunds are strictly governed by our Dynamic Gadgets Return & Refund Policy.
Any return or defect notice must be initiated within 7 calendar days of verified delivery.
Full refunds are strictly limited to untouched, unopened products with intact factory seals and pristine packaging. Opened items, broken seals, or altered merchandise are subject to condition inspection and will result in either a partial refund (less inspection and depreciation fees) or return rejection.

6. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal acts.

Damages Limitation: In no event shall Dynamic Gadgets, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or any products purchased through the store, including lost profits, loss of data, hardware damage, or system failure, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Total Liability: Our aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the dispute.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of West Bengal, India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively within the courts located in West Bengal.
